5. Rewards, Skill-Based Tokens & Disclaimers

Superfast Quiz operates strictly and exclusively as a Game of Skill under applicable Indian legal standards and judicial precedents:

  • Game of Skill: Quiz outcomes depend entirely on individual knowledge, cognitive memory, and answering speed. The platform does NOT host, facilitate, or promote lotteries, games of chance, gambling, or betting.
  • Coin Economy: Virtual SFQ Coins are promotional reward tokens earned through accurate quiz responses and genuine referral invites. Coins possess no intrinsic cash value and cannot be traded between users until verified and processed in compliance with withdrawal minimums and anti-fraud criteria.
  • Taxation & Withholding (India): Cash redemptions are subject to applicable Indian income tax legislation, including Section 194B/194BA of the Income Tax Act (Tax Deducted at Source - TDS), where applicable. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted bank credentials.

6. Anti-Fraud, Abuse & Security Monitoring

Superfast Quiz actively monitors and investigates suspicious platform interactions to protect competitive integrity and prevent financial abuse.

Strictly Prohibited Exploits & Activities:

  • Automated bot scripting, macro runners, or script injections to answer questions.
  • Client-side code modification or tampering with API requests.
  • VPN, proxy, Tor relay, or emulator misuse to falsify location or identity.
  • Creation of multiple accounts by a single user (multi-accounting / sybil attacks).
  • Coordinated referral farming, fake invitations, or invitation code manipulation.

Upon identifying confirmed or suspected violations, Superfast Quiz reserves the absolute right to:

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts.
  • Freeze SFQ Coin balances and forfeit pending reward withdrawals.
  • Reset fraudulent scores on public leaderboards.
  • Block offending IP ranges and device identifiers without prior notice.

Security and abuse determinations made by our platform algorithms are final and binding.

7. Referral Program Integrity

Users may receive promotional benefits for referring genuine new players:

  • Permitted Use: Sharing your unique invitation code with authentic friends, classmates, and family members who actively participate in quizzes.
  • Prohibited Practices: Generating fake referrals, self-referring using alternative mobile numbers/SIMs, running automated invitation bots, or posting codes on incentive exchange boards.
  • Clawback Enforcement: Any coins or bonuses credited from fraudulent or inorganic invitations will be immediately revoked, and linked accounts may face permanent bans.

  • UIDAI Compliance & Masked Aadhaar Only: Superfast Quiz does NOT collect or store unmasked Aadhaar numbers or core biometric data. If identity verification is triggered, users are strictly required to submit only a Masked Aadhaar (first 8 digits hidden, last 4 digits visible) in full compliance with UIDAI regulations.
  • PAN Verification: Processed strictly for statutory TDS compliance under Section 194B/194BA of the Income Tax Act.

  • Superfast Quiz disclaims all warranties regarding complete factual perfection or fitness for official academic examinations.

17. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Rules

All platform assets—including proprietary question banks, algorithms, logos, branding, UI designs, and source code—are the exclusive intellectual property of DKSFQ Tech / Superfast Quiz protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Strictly prohibited without written authorization:

  • Scraping, mining, or automated harvesting of quiz databases.
  • Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or disassembling client-side obfuscated code.
  • Commercial redistribution or unauthorized mirroring of platform content.

18. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
